Care of your cookie molds & pins:
To clean your rolling pins, gently scrub the molds using a soft bristled brush or terry wash cloth and mild soapy water. A mushroom brush works well for this purpose. Rinse briefly and repeat the scrub if needed. Rinse again. Pat the mold with a terry towel and dry as well as possible, then allow the cookie mold to dry completely before storing it in a cool dry place.
Never soak the pins or molds in water. If there is some stubborn dough stuck in the mold, place a droplet of water on the effected area and allow the water to set for a minute, then using a round wooden toothpick, clean out the softened dough and wash again. Dry mold thoroughly before storing.
This wooden rolling pin is engraved with beautiful alphabet blocks / monograms. It embosses perfectly your cookies, pies, fondant with this delicate folk pattern. What an original way to decorate your pastry in just one moment! The roller is perfect to use with clay, you can use it to give texture to your pottery! It's a perfect idea for a gift, not only for bakers!
This embossing rolling pins is made from solid beech, protected with oil, (keep in mind that, being a natural material, it might present some small imperfections like changes in colour, small fissures etc). This however does not affect neither the quality of use nor the beauty of the rolling pin.
They are perfectly safe for use with food. The rolling pin model might slightly differ from the picture. Wash dry with a brush first, then if needed with water, soap and dry well before using again!
