WOODEN DOUGH GUIDES SET/6

Dough guides set, beechwood FSC each pair: 3, 5 & 10 mm

Each ruler is 13.75 inches long and has recessed. Wash rulers in warm, soapy water. Not dishwasher safe.

This product replaces the perfection strips 43-5301.

  • Includes 2 of each:
    • .75" wide x 13.75" long x 3mm (approx 1/8") deep
    • .75" wide x 13.75" long x 5mm (approx 3/16") deep
    • .75" wide x 13.75" long x 10mm (approx 3/8") deep

Create perfect thickness for:

  • Cut out cookies
  • Pastry dough
  • Rolled fondant
  • Gum paste
  • Chocolate 

To use with cookie and pastry dough:

  • Lay a sheet of parchment paper or a silicone mat on the work surface.
  • Set the 5mm rulers (10mm for thick cookies or pastries) on each side of the parchment paper.
  • Place cookie dough or pastry dough between the rulers.
  • Roll over the rulers to evenly flatten.

To use with rolled fondant or gum paste:

  • Lightly dust the work surface with powdered sugar.
  • Lay the 3mm rulers on the prepared work surface.
  • Place gum paste or rolled fondant between the rulers.
  • Roll over the rulers to evenly flatten.

 

Rolling Pin Not Included

 

  • care for wooden molds

    Before using, brush it with vegetable oil.
    Wash with a brush first under tap water, then if needed with water, soap.
    Do not wash in a dishwasher and try to avoid prolonged contact with water.

    DO NOT SOAK
    Keep away from direct sunlight.
