Wooden Pierniczki Gingerbread  Mold

This wooden baking mold is designed for gingerbread, Polish Pierniczki and Honey Cake Cookie recipes. 
Polish Pierniczki Gingerbread Recipe Booklet included. 
USES:
- The mold has been handled with food safe mix of bee wax and flax oil.
- Ideal for making gingerbread, Pierniczki, and honeycake cookies.
- Coated with natural flaxseed oil to preserve the wood grain of and functionality.
- Made of beech wood, flax oil.
Care:
- Do not bake in Wooden Mold (Not Fireproof).
- After use, clean with a damp clean brush.
- Use water sparingly (if needed). Towel dry.
- Not dishwasher safe.  Do not soak.
- Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Periodically rub with vegetable oil to preserve the finish of the wood, to enjoy for years to come!
 
Care of your cookie molds & pins:
To clean your rolling pins, gently scrub the molds using a soft bristled brush or terry wash cloth and mild soapy water. A mushroom brush works well for this purpose. Rinse briefly and repeat the scrub if needed. Rinse again. Pat the mold with a terry towel and dry as well as possible, then allow the cookie mold to dry completely before storing it in a cool dry place.

Never soak the pins or molds in water. If there is some stubborn dough stuck in the mold, place a droplet of water on the effected area and allow the water to set for a minute, then using a round wooden toothpick, clean out the softened dough and wash again. Dry mold thoroughly before storing.
