TWO-DAY HOLIDAY COOKIE EXTRAVAGANZA CLASS – RECORDING ACCESS!

Molly is a Pastry graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris offering pastry classes in Versailles and around France. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she moved to Paris in 2013 to follow her passion for baking and ended up staying!


For this fun two-day class we will be making five easy, insanely delicious cookies! These are great to gift or to enjoy over the next couple of weeks with friends and family. On the list to whip up: coconut macaroon, spice cookies, pecan white chocolate orange sable cookies, Bailey’s chocolate truffles (non-alcoholic version can be provided), and absolutely gorgeous Springerle cookies.


The coconut macaroons (two “O”s!) are beyond easy taking two steps to make before they are baking away in the oven. The spice cookies are reminiscent of gingerbread cookies with all the goodness, without the trouble of finding molasses or dealing with chilling time. Don’t forget some cookie cutters! A sweet-savory note is added with the pecan white chocolate orange sable cookies whole texture is melt in your mouth delicious.

To round it all out, a little bit of chocolate with truffles made with Bailey’s and the Alsatian cookie, Springerle. The Springerle cookies have a delicious macaron/sugar cookie texture and are super special requiring three days of steps (it’s not because they are difficult but because of resting time). We will walk through the first two days together and I’ll demo the third (the baking!).

THIS IS FOR THE RECORDING OF THE CLASSES HAPPENING ON DECEMBER 12TH AND DECEMBER 13TH. YOU WILL RECEIVE TWO SEPARATE EMAILS WITH THE LINKS TO VIEW THE RECORDINGS. THESE WILL BE SENT OUT ABOUT 1 HOUR AFTER THE LIVE CLASS ENDS EACH DAY. ACCESS OF THE RECORDINGS IS SET AT 30 DAYS. YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE ACCESS TO THE RECIPES IMMEDIATELY AFTER CHECKING OUT.

Each class will last 1.5 hours.

**Recording of the class will be available for 30 days. This will be sent to all participants about 1 hour after the live class ends.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, milk, butter, flour, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, brown sugar, large Jet puffed marshmallows, pretzel sticks, mini m&ms

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

cookies cutters of choice, medium saucepan, whisk, rolling pin, mugs for hot cocoa!

FAQ:

What level baker is this for?

ALL LEVELS!!! This is what my classes are all about: Making French Pastry fun and accessible! No matter your level you’ll pick up lots of great tips that you can apply to all of your baking projects.


What if I don’t have the ingredients/equipment?

Not to worry! You can choose whether you’d like to simply watch and bake later, or bake along with me.

What if I miss the class?

The class is non-refundable. You will have the recipes, recording, and are welcome to get in touch with any questions you have.

Is the class recorded?

The beauty of the class is that it’s live with lots of fun interaction. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and you can always get in touch after the class via email or on the FB group. A recording of the live class will be sent to participants about one hour after it takes place. It will be available for viewing for 30 days. No names will be on the recording and the recording will be almost entirely of Molly during the class. If you do not want your face to be shown, please turn off your camera. This will allow you to rewatch the class to pick up any tips that might have been missed. Also, it’s perfect in case you were not able to attend the class due to the time, so you can view it and bake along.

How do I ask questions during the class?

When do we get the recipes?

The recipes and a list of equipment recommendations will be emailed to you with the Zoom link immediately after your order goes through.


Can I gift this workshop to someone?

Absolutely! The best is to email them a Gift Card and tell them which class you’ve signed up for so they can too!

I won’t be paying in euros. How much is this class?

You have the option to pay in Euros or US Dollars. On the right-hand side of the screen, select the currency you would like to use at checkout. You will see the final price there in either euros or US dollars depending on what you have selected. If you are paying in a currency that is not your local currency, your bank will convert the number to your currency at the time of checkout.

What payment methods do you have?

No refunds will be made for virtual classes. If the class is not able to move forward as scheduled due to an unforeseen issue, you will be immediately alerted to this change and a full refund will be made.
