Nearly twenty years ago, Gingerhaus® entered the retail and wholesale baking communities with the Gingerhaus® gingerbread baking system, bringing friends and family together through the art of baking.
In 2008 Gingerhaus presented House on the Hill springerle molds.
In 2016, we introduced Swiss-Made Birth-Gramm copper baking molds and American-Made NordicWare cake molds.
In 2018 Gingerhaus introduced ÄNIS-PARADIES Swiss Springerle molds and in 2022 became the official ÄNIS-PARADIES North American representatives.
